1 Room should be completely dark. If this is not possible get an eye mask.
2 The temperature of room should be about 67 degrees.
3 Do not consume any alcohol or caffeine within 12 hours of bedtime.
4 Exercise aerobically for 30-40 minutes each day preferably in the morning.
5 Wake up and go to sleep the same time each day including weekends.
