One of the cures for insomnia would be to have the optimum room temperature, especially at this time of the year. With the recent heat wave in the northeast, it is a good idea to keep your AC on. The ideal temperature to sleep in is 69 degrees. Of course people have their preferences, but this  will help prevent insomnia.
